Showcase prides itself in making sure the complete buying experience goes as smoothly as possible.  We take great pains in making sure your site is properly prepared for delivery, the foundation wall is the correct size and built to the new UCC building codes, and all trees, wires, cars, obstacles are removed to allow safe movement of your home onto the site. 

All of our site inspectors are Certified Manu-factured Housing Installers.  Showcase visits your site several times and meets with you and your contractor to make sure everyone is informed about the proper size of your foundation and how best to get your home onto your property safely and efficiently.
